From the First

Description
From the First: A Bad Boy Rockstar Romance (Seattle Sound series Book 7)

Falling for her wasn’t part of the plan. But saving a child could change everything.

From the outside, my life looks perfect—lead singer of a chart-topping band, money to burn, fame at my fingertips. But none of that quiets the chaos inside me.

Then I meet Evie.

Shy. Sultry. The kind of woman who slips under your skin and stays there. She’s trying to keep it together for a little girl she barely knows—a girl about to disappear into the foster system unless someone steps up.

That someone could be us.

A marriage of convenience could give Paige the stability she needs…and give Evie and me a reason to finally stop running from the ghosts of our pasts. We swear it’s only temporary—just long enough to protect Paige.

But what starts as a reckless solution ignites something deeper. Something terrifying. Something that feels a lot like love.

Don’t miss your chance to fall for Evie, Kai, and Paige in From the First—a heart-stealing, steamy story of found family, healing, and unexpected love from USA Today bestselling author Alexa Padgett. Start reading today.

5-Star Review
Ok, I’ve loved every book in Alexa Padgett’s Seattle Sound series so far, but From the First (Book 5)? Wow. Oh wow. Yes, this is yet another fabulous “Bad Boy” Rockstar Romance – and our bad boy here, Kai Luchia, is perfect for the role, but this story is so very much more… I will just add that Evangeline Mercer is as perfectly cast as Kai (and so is little Paige), that the rest of the cast of characters is equally well constructed and “real”, and that the plot and writing are as wonderful as fans of this series have come to expect (though don’t worry newcomers, this works perfectly well as a standalone, even if I pretty much guarantee you’ll be too tempted to read the others after you’ve read this one). The book definitely deserves it…it is easy to highly recommend.
